Queen B’s Decree: I’ve always been a little interested in Ford. He’s the quiet twin, I knew he had to have some intense emotions beneath the surface. And Billie felt like a perfect match for him—the sunshine to his stoic grump.
They’re friends with benefits, sneaking around. Sexually, they are extra spicy and compatible. It’s when communicating happens is where they falter. Billie suffers from sending mixed messages and Ford is willingly in denial about having feelings.
I appreciated the dive into addiction, and how open Ford was about it. I also love how protective all of the family is—although Dutton takes it too far (come on bro!).
I wish their post-relationship togetherness lasted a bit longer, as it felt like the crazy suspenseful action happened, a separation, and then boom, kiss and make up and the end. Regardless, I am still hooked on this series and I can’t wait for more.
