Read. Reign. Repeat.

Only in Your Dreams by Ellie K. Wilde

Queen B’s Decree: Only in Your Dreams had some great narrators and was an enjoyable listen.

The story itself is a second chance trope (you know my thoughts on this) and this one was pretty ridiculous. Zac basically ghosts Melody ten years ago but is still 100% in love with her. But he waits four years after that to try to talk to her? In the words of Tony Soprano, marone.

But if you can move past this, the rest of the story was pretty adorable. Melody shows some real character growth, and Zac himself is exceptionally swoony. Pacing was good, and ooooooooh yeah did I enjoy the spice.

I liked the side characters and I’m now invested in the next book in the series (heck yea Brooks!) so I’ll be patiently waiting!
