Queen B’s Decree: Okay, I definitely need to go back and finish the Lethal Vows series. I was hooked on Vengeful Lies.
Vengeful Lies was my kind of premise: Jewel is a hit woman, hired to kill mafia boss-heir, Eli. But this is not a straightforward job, she’s to toy with him first. Definitely some instant chemistry between these two, even though they both claim to want to schmurder the other. And somehow Eli convinces her to pretend to marry him?
I still don’t know how he did it, he is a very persuasive man.
I need more. The banter, the chemistry, the bonding they had while doing mafia things, the side characters, the humor. All of it, I want more.
I can’t wait for more in this series.
