Queen B’s Decree: If you’re a Swiftie like me, you’ve probably been following the story of Taylor’s and Travis’s romance. Your Play to Call is what I basically hope it would be.
Willow is our musical FMC, playing the half-time show at the Super Bowl. There she meets MVP Tripp, when he helps her avoid the paparazzi. They meet up again later and sparks fly.
What I loved best is that Tripp is a major Willow fan and he doesn’t hide it. He’s so open about his love for her music, and does whatever he can to help her keep her privacy. Their romance progresses pretty quickly, it’s just a little instalove-y, but y’all know I eat that up. But mostly it’s just adorable, sweet, and steamy. And I can’t forget to mention the mental health representation? Tripp suffers from panic attacks and shares his vulnerability with Willow (I loved that part♥️).
Your Play to Call was an adorable read that I couldn’t put down. I’d happily read more from this author.
