Queen B’s Decree: Sometimes I just need a good series to binge, and the Clover Pack Series by Savannah Lee really scratched the itch.
One of my favorite micro tropes occurs in this series: the “FMC has magic/shifter/etc powers and has no idea and gets abruptly introduced to a magical world.” Rowan stumbles into a shifter pack after an attack and surprise! She’s a shifter too, although she had no idea. And guess what? There’s a grumpy MMC she can’t help but be drawn to. You get what I’m implying here 👀
The following plot through the books introduces other magical beings and 🩷F.A.T.E.D. M.A.T.E.S.🩷 I got so attached to certain characters then cried when the author evilly killed them off. Despite my sadness, I was still so enthralled with the story that I couldn’t put it down and read the entire series in just a few short days.
I’m undeniably ready for the next series from this new-to-me author!
