Queen B’s Decree: Compass Points was so cozy, it just made me want to curl up next to a fire, with a mug of cocoa, and the stars overhead.
Rose is such a badass, I loved her as a heroine. It’s not often you have a female weapons master, and I loved how everyone underestimated her. Her “meet cute” with Luc was *chef’s kiss* when she knocked him on his ass, literally. Their banter was well done without feeling over the top. Additionally, their “fake dating” idea was hilariously cute, since who were they faking? Everyone and their mom knew the feelings were real.
An engaging plot, a sweet romance, and quirky side characters, Compass Points was un-put-down-able and I loved every second. A thoroughly enjoyable read and I’m already jumping into the next of the series.
