Queen B’s Decree: I fell in love with Abby’s Boys of Lake Chapel series so I was chomping at the bit to get more of Hunter’s and Greedy’s story.
And I basically discovered that Greedy is the most wonderful and can do no wrong and that Hunter…needs therapy.
It alternates timelines between the past and present, and leads up to the big reveal of the secret that Hunter is keeping from Greedy. The secret that basically broke them all apart. While I can understand the trauma she went through, and how painful it all must be, it doesn’t really excuse the way she treats Greedy.
Levi was an interesting character, and I would like to get to know him more, but he needs to step up in his friendship with Greedy if he wants to win me over (ngl I’m holding grudges). I really need the next book in the series, I’m dying at the cliffhanger and I want to see how Abby is gonna fix this. Also another little Stats Daddy cameo wouldn’t be amiss (my one true love❤️).
