Queen B’s Decree: Love Under the Microscope really felt like a traditional rom com, with Zelda and Parker on opposing sides, but coming together for a common goal.
It was filled with witty banter and zany and ridiculous situations. Did I find it funny and humorous? Yes. Did it feel over the top and that it went too far? Also yes. I did love all the pharma and biochemistry talk though, it was right up my alley.
The chemistry between Zelda and Parker was lacking for me, and the third act break-up was definitely not needed. It felt forced and unnecessary.
While I always love to read about women in STEM and a reverse age gap is my jam, Love Under the Microscope was an okay read, but I felt like I was missing something.
