Swift and Saddled was a quick and happy read. Wes is one of the best MMC’s I’ve read in a while. He recognizes Ada’s walls and her boundaries and he doesn’t push…just quietly supports her. And I seriously loved the mental health representation; Wes being so open about his depression was so refreshing.
The narrators on the audio were top tier and fit the characters so well. Overall, Swift and Saddled was a warm and cozy read that just left me feeling happy and light by the end. I’m definitely hooked and can’t wait for the next in this small town series.
