Queen B’s Decree: Puck One Night Stands was a quick and dirty read. Dani goes to a hockey game (on a bad first date, nonetheless) and ends up meeting three different men who area all immediately interested.
Each of the men is so different: the grumpy billionaire who thinks he is in charge, the golden retriever hockey player (who happens to be her best friend’s younger brother who has been in love with her for ages), and the stable, “dad” of the group.
No major angst, just grown up discussion and communication, with plenty of sex. Dani and her men deal with plenty of emotional issues, yet the story itself still felt lighthearted and funny.
I’ll definitely be looking for more from this new pen name from a fantastic writing duo.
