Read. Reign. Repeat.

Love, Theoretically by Ali Hazelwood

Queen B’s Decree: I’m just gonna say it. Love, Theoretically is suspiciously familiar to Ali Hazelwood’s previous books. Enemies-to-lovers, academic rivals, extremely quirky nerd girl. The author’s found something that works and doesn’t deviate…I guess.

Regardless, I still enjoyed this one. As a woman in STEM, I am always happy to see more female characters representing us. And I actually loved Jack as a character. He was bold and knew what he wanted, and he was basically obsessed with Elsie. Elsie was a little harder to connect with, but she showed some real personal growth by the end.

Overall, it was another cute sciency love story and I’ll happily read more from Ali Hazelwood.
