Queen B’s Decree: Moonlight in Massachusetts was a sweet and easy extended epilogue to the Kennedy Boys series. It cycled through the points-of-view of most of the siblings and their spouses so it was almost a relay race—going from one couple to the next.
My only criticism is a personal take. It felt like everyone’s happily ever after included having bio-children, and honestly that got old. What if one of the couples didn’t want to have children? Would that have been acceptable in the Kennedy clan? It just rubbed me the wrong way, so by the end of this novella, I was over it.
The ending gave a bit of a cliffhanger with an introduction to a new story, of which I’m now invested in. Overall, I think most people will love this extended view into this great series.
