Read. Reign. Repeat.

Sealed With A Kiss by Erin Nicholas

Queen B’s Decree: Every time I read a new story from Erin Nicholas I think “surely, it can’t be better than *previous book I adored*?” And yet, each time, I find myself unable to put my kindle down and dealing with sore facial muscles from all the smiling I unconsciously do while reading.

Sealed With A Kiss had it all. Great characters that are well written and developed, hot sex scenes, great cast of side characters, and emotional depth. I just love that Erin Nicholas always takes some deeper issue or feeling and focuses on it, but it never overpowers the romance or the character development. Donovan deals with hidden insecurities and trauma due to his parents’ death and Naomi deals with introversion and her unrealistic expectations of privacy after her life as a child TV star. And happily, both characters work on their issues and communicate with each other so there are no major misunderstandings.

It was so heartwarming to see Naomi go out of her comfort zone while at the same time Donovan starts to develop roots and stability. I just love characters who work together for the greater goal of Happily Ever After.

Sealed With A Kiss is a story that filled my heart with joy and happiness and I can’t wait for the next in the series.
