Read. Reign. Repeat.

Blindsided by Victoria Denault

Queen B’s Decree: This should be in the dictionary for “enemies-to-lovers” trope. Hatfield and McCoy. Romeo and Juliet. Add to that Adler and Todd.

Since birth, Maggie Todd and Tate Adler have hated each others families…for unknown reasons. It started with their grandfathers and has been passed down through each generation, continuing with Maggie and Tate. Truly, the grandfathers were both terrible human beings.

The chemistry between the two was fire and their animosity could only hide it for so long. Both sides were culpable of continuing the fights, pranks, and trickery, but Maggie and Tate both grow and as their communication improves, the pranks fall away.

Ending with some plot twists I never expected, Maggie and Tate showed some great character growth as they navigate the major conflict and misunderstanding that occurs.

A fun start to a new series.
