Gabriel Legend was such an interesting character. He’s a strong, alpha male, yet we see more of his vulnerability, struggles, and how he seems to have the weight of the world on his shoulders.
Scarlet Priest was a wonderful complement to Gabe. Towards the beginning it seemed like she was this perfect façade waiting for her father’s approval. And she just continued to grow and evolve until she decided to live life for herself. The tables seem to be turned here, and for once we have a Heroine pursuing the Hero.
And of course Gabe runs scared – his past still haunting him. But have no fear, dear reader, this is only their beginning. Full of suspense, angst, and emotion, The Fall of Legend is a perfect start to the Legend Trilogy.
