Queen B’s Decree: Draven is the kind of damaged and imperfect hero I love. He’s claustrophobic and touch-sensitive since he was ill with the disease that killed nearly all their people.

When an accident opens Molly’s cryo tube and she tries to get help and comfort from the only person nearby, Draven…let’s just say it doesn’t go well.
What I loved about The Mad Lieutenant is how emotional it was. While yes, sexy times did ensue, the emotional relationship between Draven and Molly was the primary focus. Molly was practical; I loved her attitude. She realizes she’s stuck on this planet and understands she needs to make the most of it.
And Draven? He’s damaged yet tender and protective. I loved how his friendship with Molly slowly evolved to more.
And that ending? Perfect way to hook me into book four!
