Queen J loves Tessa Bailey – recommends her books to me all the time. And yet I had never read any of her…until recently. Ohhhhhh mama. Soooo good. Her Crossing the Line series was my most recent binge – read about my thoughts below!
Riskier Business (0.5) – Honestly this one was so confusing to me since I hadn’t read His Risk to Take (the Line of Duty series). If I was to do it over, I’d probably have skipped it. It’s a nice segue between series, but isn’t really necessary before reading Risking it All.
Risking it All – Oh Bowen. This book was my perfect blend of possessive alpha hero, instalove, action/suspense, and smutty smut dirty talking times.
Up in Smoke – Big, gruff, protective ex-SEAL and slightly crazy little arsonist? You’re speaking my language here.
Boiling Point – I was actually worried about this one. How can I trust someone whose job is being a disguise? I should have known; Tessa Bailey wouldn’t let me down.
Raw Redemption – Henrik is instalove fantasy gone right, with plenty of sexy times thrown in for good measure.
And there you have it. Queen B’s inability to describe what was so great about this series. I suppose you’ll have to read it yourself…to compare. For science.
