Queen B’s Decree: Judge of Hell is the next the dark, yet compelling Hell Night series by Alex Grayson. I was a little apprehensive about Judge. At the end of Bitter Sweet Hell he was rotating through his three mistresses. I don’t want to judge (pun city over here) his lifestyle choices, but it does not equal a HEA for me.
Oh Alex Grayson, I should never have doubted you.
I thought Ellie was a strong heroine. She made some hard choices in her life and stood by her actions and decisions. And she wasn’t too proud to ask for help. Judge grew on me. I went into this story not really connecting with his character or liking his treatment of others…but he grew on me.
The love story between Judge and Ellie seemed to progress quickly, but their past history convinced me and I could let that flaw go.
Ugh, and the hint of what will happen in Emo’s story?! Irresistible.
