Read. Reign. Repeat.

Space by Penny Reid

Queen B’s Decree: I’m so glad Penny Reid writes and releases at a ridiculous pace. I’m not sure I could have waited much longer. Remember Motion? And how I was so afraid of the cliffhanger?

Well, it was a painful start. The prologue of Space directly connects with the ending of Motion. We finally get Abram’s point of view and his perception of the events from Motion. And then the time jumps ahead…to over two years in the future. (side note: think of all that lost time!)

Mona and her best friend are planning on spending a week at her parent’s cabin in Aspen to relax. It’s become the one place she can feel peace. Unfortunately for Mona, her brother and his friends have decided to crash her peace party. One of the party goers is none other than Abram, who has realized exactly who he spent that week with those years ago. Dude is righteously angry.

Forced to spend time together due to the snow storm, Mona and Abram finally have time to talk and discover who they really are.

Painful, heart wrenching, addicting; all phrases I would use for this series.
Space ends on another mini-cliffhanger, but you are left with so much hope and happiness. Can’t wait to read Mona and Abram’s conclusion!
