Queen B’s Decree: I was slightly let down by Rory and Scarlett. I enjoyed Scarlett as a side character in the previous novels, but I just didn’t connect with her. She was just too insane for me. And conversely, Rory was too good – which is weird since he’s a mafia killer? Regardless, I was left feeling unsatisfied.
