Queen B’s Decree: Laurann Dohner’s New Species series is one of my favorite things since cheesecake was invented. Thus, I had extremely high hopes for this new series. But unfortunately, the magic just wasn’t there for me. To be fair, I started this book with preconceived expectations and Claimed was not able to live up to them. While the story line is different and interesting, and Jason is an adorable Hero, it was not enough to save the book for me. Alas, I shall be skipping the next releases in this series.
